As a consultant, speaker and facilitator, Sable (she/her/hers) has held keynotes and led trainings at Fuse Universal, Gain Theory, YMCA, YWCA, WIN, NJ State Library. Sable’s background spans PK-12 curriculum development, corporate and nonprofit learning and development, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) on a local, domestic, and global scale, organizational partnerships, and strategic movement building.
Working for private and boutique firms, Sable has been able to work across various sectors to help turbocharge their DEI related learning and development objectives into world-class clients such as WTW, Soho House, Electronic Arts, Expedia, Media Com, BBH, Tech Soft 3D, Blis, TMS, and M&C Saatchi. Through her work, Sable has facilitated small and large group sessions related to diversity, equity, and inclusion for nonprofit, philanthropic, public multinational and private companies. Partnering with stakeholders to develop strategic plans, implement new learning and development programing, and design initiatives including equitable education outcomes for students of color, recruitment and retention of diverse staff, and equitable policy design in the U.S. and abroad.

Elizabeth Cowper
Elizabeth Cowper has over 20 years of HR leadership experience and is a working mother of 3 and Founder of Ludo. Ludo provides multi-award winning tech for inclusion in the workplace.
Elizabeth spent her HR career working for brands such as Planet Organic, Harvey Nichols, LVMH and Tapestry. Tapestry is the umbrella company for Coach, kate spade and Stuart Weitzman where Elizabeth was VP HR Europe, Global Head of Wellbeing and part of the Global DEI Committee.
