Geeta Sidhu-Robb is a 5-time winner of the Entrepreneur and Businesswoman of the Year award. Having developed the hugely successful Nosh Detox in 2008 after her son was born with severe food allergies, eczema, asthma and anaphylaxis, she has built a formidable reputation for success in the heath and nutrition industry counting Gwyneth Paltrow as one of her first clients.

She retrained from lawyer to a health & wellness coach for successful professional women in 2014. Over the years she’s built up a roster of world famous clients working with the Duchess of York Sarah Ferguson, Nadia Swarovski, Gurinder Chadha (Bend it like Beckham) Sam Smith of finnCap (working with her from £3M to an IPO and a £55m exit) and numerous other successful women CEO’s, Charity Heads, Country Heads and Celebrities from Fidelity, Impellam, Barclays, UBS and others.

Her coaching clients describe working with her as ‘transformational & life changing’ and credit her coaching with helping them get promotions, double revenue, manage successful IPO’s and launching massive company growth. And with helping them create successfully happy personal lives alongside.

Geeta has always been an activist and helped run then Chair Open Britain (the largest political lobbying campaign in the UK) against Brexit organising protest marches for up to a million people at a time.

Elizabeth Cowper has over 20 years of HR leadership experience and is a working mother of 3 and Founder of Ludo. Ludo provides multi-award winning tech for inclusion in the workplace.

Elizabeth spent her HR career working for brands such as Planet Organic, Harvey Nichols, LVMH and Tapestry. Tapestry is the umbrella company for Coach, kate spade and Stuart Weitzman where Elizabeth was VP HR Europe, Global Head of Wellbeing and on the Global DEI Committee.

Elizabeth has been described as the ‘Culture Adjuster’ and was listed in the HR Most Influential Awards 5 years straight. Elizabeth understands how to engage talent, drive wellbeing in the workplace, power the success of women at work and create a strong culture of inclusion. It’s her thing.

Ezra James Fiddimore is a champion of accessibility and inclusivity for all. Thanks to his experience of navigating the world with Tourette’s Syndrome, he has a fresh perspective on the value of opportunity and inclusivity in the workplace.

With creative skills in data analysis, social media marketing, copywriting, and SEO-driven website design, he has supported the build and design of WCorp’s website and social media, as well as Nosh Detox and GSR Coaching, where he increased online following by 425% in the span of 5 months.
